Hey there! So, I've been working on creating a chess game using Java, but I've hit a bit of a roadblock. Progress has been slow, and I've had to backtrack a bit to work around some problems. Today, I spent several hours working on PHP and its features, which allowed me to gain a lot of knowledge and solve some issues with my server. Now, I just need to back up my work. After spending about 8 hours in front of my computer screen, I'm looking forward to finishing my chess game. Next weekend, I plan to work on making those Post on it's own site to prevent this site going any longer in the future, and I'll keep you updated on my progress. I dedicated my time to working on my chess game. However, I must admit that it hasn't been easy for me to sit down and code lately. I have applied to several IT companies in my vicinity, but it's disheartening to face rejection. Nevertheless, I remain determined to continue my journey towards becoming a professional in the software development world. I believe that with time, I will be able to create something valuable and contribute to the remarkable history of the tech industry. To stay immersed in the field, I make sure to listen to a variety of tech-related podcasts during my commute and work hours. It's a convenient way for me to absorb information without actively engaging my brain. I come across fascinating discussions on cutting-edge technologies and design patterns that can be beneficial for my professional growth. Additionally, I watch YouTube videos featuring industry professionals from around the world, gaining insights into their experiences and expertise. I have high hopes that soon I will be able to write software for a living, either as part of a company or through freelancing. This aspiration keeps me motivated to persevere and continuously improve my skills. I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and look forward to being an active participant in the dynamic world of software development.

It's been a year of growth and change for me. My weight has increased from 74 to 85 kg, and I spent three months working full-time as a developer, while continuing to work part-time at the same company for the rest of the year. It’s been a valuable experience, both in terms of what I’ve learned and the professional connections I’ve made. I'm now focusing on my thesis, but I often find myself distracted and struggling to be as productive as I’d like. One of my big goals is to bring my brother to Germany, which means I'll need a bigger place and a well-paying full-time job once my thesis is done. Looking back, the year felt pretty average—no major tragedies or extraordinary moments to define it. I did spend a lot of time experimenting with GPT, trying to build something useful, though without much success so far. I didn’t hang out with my friends as much either; I stuck to my New Year’s resolution for about three months, but after that, I began to "outsmart" it, until it no longer seemed worth keeping up with. On the bright side, I’m still smoke-free! One of my smoking friends has a new girlfriend, so we don’t see him as much anymore—which is good for my liver but a bit of a hit to my social life. Sometimes I reminisce about my time living in the student housing, and the sense of fun and connection we all had. I’m not sure if the feeling of being appreciated was real or just something I felt, but it was a good time. However, life has moved on, and so have most of the people from back then. I still have a few close friends that I cherish and want to keep in my life. Moving forward, I aim to write more code, work harder on my thesis, and of course, find a well-paying job. A nice car is also on the horizon as a future goal. Additionally, I’d like to tackle some math projects that could help with my security concerns, and of course, cut down on wasting time on social media. I recently cut my hair, and society didn’t like it. I look awful, but I think it’ll pass. We are going to Spain next week, and we're really excited about it!
